In the Balduina he/it seems that some néocatéchumènes wants really nothing knowledge. It represents an unpublished fact surely, of the less with regard to the diocese of Rome, that a part of the community of the parish of S. X magpie mobilized itself against the new vicar mons. David Maccarri: in the second half of the me of May the parishioners distributed in the district several thousands of prospectus with which they accuse the priest of wanting to encourage the expansion in parish of the movement founded by Kiko Argüello and Carmen Hernandez. Already cleaned deputy in the parish of the Nativity to S. Giovanni, one of the first parishes in Italy where took root the "Path", David grant, 56 years, was indeed during fourteen years vicar in the church of S. Gerardo Maiella, other Roman parish where the presence of the Path néocatéchuménal is very strong. He/it got settled officially to S. X magpie October 21, 2001 (but he/it had arrived there already in September) and, considering also that he/it is with arrived in parish a vicar attaches, grant Ivin Arokiasamy, neat priest in 2001 and student of the seminary néocatéchuménal Redemptoris Mater, in the Balduina they feel now threatened: " notre parish - they in the prospectus distributed in the district write - by position, size and typology makes desire to the néocatéchumènes" that already began to infiltrate, thanks to l'. disintegrating scholarly uvre of the vicar that proves therefore in to be the head of bridge, reiterating that that it already accomplished in his/her/its previous load ". Because the disciples of Kiko are trained "well to move in the shade", but "they fear the open denunciations" a lot, in the prospectus people invite to inquire and to debate the problem publicly.
"Let's equip ourselves to resist not to see our upset Church", said the final invitation of the call. A situation, the one created to S., X magpie, that in the last months became more and more 'hot', as demonstrates it also the fact that a few young boys of the group Sunday May 26 left voluntarily out of the church while inviting to desert the Mass of noon, the one celebrated by Maccarri grant. Next to the problem of the expansionism of the néocatéchumènes they have the vicar's behaviors there also, that May 23 and 24 and last June 6 took care the Roman edition of the daily "Leggo", being in the center of the disagreements with the parochial community, also: starting points of anger, continuous demands of money, abuse to the parishioners. Tensions to S. X magpie began after the arrival of Maccarri grant: the parishioners denounce the vicar's authoritative and hurtful behavior to their consideration and the fact, between other, that when he/it arrived he/it didn't convene the parochial advice and he/it took the decisions while only consulting with a group of 'faithful.' Before the repetition of these attitudes, and even before the aggravation of the situation, the protest and the initiatives opposite David grant intensified quickly, to the point that to rain continually in the Vicariat of the thousands of letters in the last weeks began (the parishioners tell to be more of five one thousand) that have been addressed to the card initially. Camillo Ruini, to mons. Cesare Nosiglia, and to the bishop of the West sector, mons. Vincenzo Apicella: in these letters one asks explicitly for the dismissal of Maccarri grant. Since the missive, and the numerous visits that in the last months the parishioners made to mons. Apicellas remained without effect, lately in the Balduina they decided to write their remonstrances on the post cards, in such a way that they are legible of anyone that will have them under the hand in the Vicariat, and to address them to a lot of clergymen whom there works.
The objective is the one to create the more of possible noise around this case. But, until now, on behalf of the hierarchy there was not a concrete answer. Only two visits to the parish, on behalf of mons. Nosiglia, the alter ego of the card. Ruini, and of mons. Apicella, that resolved to not to make anything. In January, when Nosiglia went to S. X magpie, the church was filled of people who expected some words of the responsible vice about the difficult situation in which poured the community. Already some boys of the group of youngsters, some days before the arrival of Nosiglia in the Balduina, had surrendered to S. Giovanni to hand to the responsible vice a letter in which they told what had arrived to S. personally X magpie in the previous months.
But during the homily in the Nosiglia church slipped on the topic, limiting itself/themselves to affirm that David grant was God's gift for the community."
For Nosiglia people was an intervention that contributed to exacerbate them instead of calming the souls: the parishioners irritated, while realizing how at their own processes are looked with embarrassment to the Curie. He/it had new letters and new protests there, until Saturday May 25 Apicella mons surrenders to S. X magpie to celebrate the Mass vespérale and to tempt a conciliation again.
While having at the time of the different private meetings, even before the Mass, recognized the objectivity of the problem emitted by the inhabitants of the Balduina (same grant Mauro Parmeggiani, secretary of Ruini had told some parishioners who had gone to the Vicariat that the transfer David grant had been a mistake), during the homily pronounced in the Apicella church pointed the finger on the other hand against the community, guilty not to be united enough. It is obvious that the intervention of the bishop of sector didn't have non served to bring back serenity. On the contrary, some partisans of mons. Maccarri this same evening had provoked a group of people that tempted to speak with the bishop while calling the police officers.
Then lately, in a parishioner's mail box, has been found a prospectus in which one accused these parishioners "authors of an anonymous and loose prospectus of slanders opposite the vicar." "We know that you are. write the authors of the raving text, signed by so-called members of the sect 'children of God' - hoary sepulchers, dregs of the earth, 'balduini snobs and corrupt'!!!. On a tone threatening the prospectus affirms decidedly: You provoked the anger of the Lord there and his/her/its sword of fire will hit you when you will wait there for the less."He/it arrives the moment - concludes the text - that the man's Son sends his angels for you débusquer in your houses", "and to throw you in the ardent furnace where there will be the tears and the grindings of teeth."
JE ACQUITS YOU OF YOUR SINS ". BUT HE/IT CALLS THE POLICE OFFICERS. AND THE VICARIAT ENQUÊTE

The initiatives undertaken by the parochial community of S. X magpie to send their vicar elsewhere mons. David Maccarri (v. previous news), intensified lately: June 5 about eighty parishioners, all strongly committed in the parochial activities, also called on the canon law to get the dismissal of Maccarri grant. They addressed directly to the card. Ruini: "The undersigneds. one reads in the letter that they wrote - ask to Your eminence to undertake opposite grant David Maccarri, especially Cleaned in the Balduina, the action foreseen by the Cannon 1741, in the numbers 1 and 3." The cannon 1741 says indeed that, among the reasons "for which the vicar can be withdrawn lawfully from his/her/its parish", "the manner to act that brings a pity or troubled seriousness to the ecclesiastic communion" (point 1) and "the loss of the good consideration on behalf of honest and serious parishioners or the aversion against the vicar, who foresees one won't stop briefly" (point 3).
To part the difficulty on behalf of Ruini to be able to establish if the intolerance of the inhabitants of the Balduina "announces itself" to be more or less lasting, the cardinal will be able to solve the problem with difficulty to brief deadline: although to the Curie they hold the secret fact, Ruini has been hospitalized at the hospital for an operation that foresees the ablation of a part of the colon. The line adopted by the Vicariat, until all lately, seem anyway, as usual, the one to wait that the polemics die out, while avoiding to give the impression to go ahead of them 'demands of the place.' Only that mons. Maccarri is now implied in a serious enough episode, that relighted around the polemics with his/her/its face. One of the parishioners, that had confessed to him while admitting to have committed an act of vandalism against the parish, has first of all been acquitted, and denounced then by David grant to the police officers. The incredible event has been told, June 9, in the daily Roman "it Tempo." The young that would be called (as tells "him Messaggero" of the 10/6) Luca D. D. (although in "Tempo" is returned another name: Domenico), accompanied of another person, in the month of April, with a stolen concrete-mixer, had destroyed a grid of the parish. What had been an extreme gesture of protest against the vicar, an umpteenth sign of tension that divides Maccarri grant of his/her/its parochial community, that is largely to him hostile. The grid closes a place, inside the parish, that during several years was used like parking and that the new vicar had decided, in spite of the protests of the parishioners, to close to the access of the cars.
In the last months he/it had had an attempt of compromise, that had let unsatisfied however anyway the inhabitants of the district there: the parking lot was let opened on the occasion of the Mass. In two opportunities, in the last months, the vicar had found the grid tightened by a chain and closed by a padlock, a makeshift imagined by someone,
as retortion, in order to prevent to the car of David grant (the only one to be able to reach the parking lot) to be able to leave. Then, in another opportunity, some furious parishioners because he/it had closed the parking lot when even some cars parked inside, had broken the mechanical arm of the grid.
Finally the episode of the concrete-mixer, the most serious, of which the author, with time, would have confessed in Maccarri grant has been acquitted by the priest. But thereafter the boy received the visit of a marshal and one of the police officers affected that wanted to hear it on this act of vandalism as "aware person of the facts." The boy denounced therefore in the Vicariat his/her/its vicar, who would have raped the secret of the confessional, an act considered serious by the Catholic church,: "The confessor who rapes the sacramental seal directly. says the Cannon 1388 of the Right Canon Code. risk the excommunication latae reserved sententiae in the Apostolic Seat."
Enter time the vicar of S. X magpie since Sunday June 9 stays untraceable. He/it informed the community that he/it went on vacation. Since the previous day vice cleaned néocatéchuménal grant Ivin Arokiasamy proves to be as untraceable: he/it let his/its open room and emptied of his/her/its personal effects. That for Maccarri grant it is not about vacations is proven by the fact that the Vicariat sent the vicar's temporary substitute indeed: it is about mons. Gianrico Ruzza, director of the office for the clergy of the Vicariat and already secretary of the Mission Townswoman of the Diocese of Rome. The karat of mons. Rizza would make a police of all effects of the parish of S. think X. magpie
