Désinformer
One of the techniques used by the sects is disinformation. In the path, it is frequent. The rumors, of the " ons dit ", that proves to be well generally false after verification, hover on different topics. It is notably the case of some bishops who are taken well often to guaranty without in to be informed. To numerous resumptions the catechists told or let believe in their adepts that the catéchèses was approved by Rome, it is false and is now demonstrated. Playing intelligent way with the medias has what zenith returns us.
December 7 2001 Zenits (versions English, Spaniard, German) took the news distributed there December 6, 2001 in the magazine Esparto Omega concerning what the Pope would have said, according to Kiko Arguello, about the neo-catéchuménat, to the bishops of Nicaragua in visit "ad limina." To my knowledge, Zenit (French version) didn't publish this news. I remind you, as an example, what one found in the English version of Zenit on the topic.
" Neocatechumenal Way Poised Approval heart heart Statutes So Says Founder Kiko Arguello, According to Plotting MADRID, Spain, DEC., 7, 2001 (Zenit.org).- The Holy See will approve the statutes of the Neocatechumenal Way in the future near, has Spanish publication reported.
The latest descended of Esparto there Omega, the weekly newspaper of the Archdiocese Madrid of, reported one the Advent announcement of Kiko Arguello, founder of the Neocatechumenal Way.
Arguello explained that during the recent "ad limina" visit of Nicaraguan bishops Rome to, the Holy Father pointedly asked them: "What do you think of the Neocatechumenal Way?"
According Arguello to, after various bishops crams their opinion, the Priest said,: The statutes of the Neocatechumenal Way are about to be approved and signed. You must support and help the development of thesis communities, which are one of the Church´s greatest strengths, and are doing so much good throughout the world."
Ounce the statutes are approved, the Neocatechumenal Way will haggard juridical existence at the heart of the Church.
The Neocatechumenal Way, however Neocatechumenate, emerged in the mid-1960s in has poor Madrid neighborhood where young Kiko painter Arguello decided to live, taking with him only has Bible and has guitar. Arguello said that the Way is neither has spontaneous group nor year association neither is it has spiritual movement nor has select group within the parish. It is has way lived in the design of small communities composed of people of different ages, social conditions and cultures, who live their faith fully within the present parish structures and in communion with the bishop.
The Neocatechumenal Way now boasts 1,500 communities in 800 dioceses and 5,000 parishes. It has opened some 40 seminaries worldwide. "

in French it means :
" The path néocatéchuménal is about to see his/her/its approved by-laws told us the founding kiko there in an article of Esparto Omega of Madrid, Spain, December 7, 2001 (zenith.org). The holy father will approve the by-laws of the path néocatéchuménal in one near future returns us a Spanish article. (.) Does Arguello have explained that during this visit recent " ad limina " of the bishops of Nicaragua has Rome, does the holy father have them demandé : " que think yourselves of the path néocatechumenal ? " According to Argüello, after several bishops gave their opinion, the pope has dit : " les by-laws of the path néocatechumenal are about to be approved and signed. You must help and must encourage the development of these communities that is one of the biggest strengths of the church and makes good so everywhere in the world. Once the by-laws will be approved, the path néocatéchuménal will enjoy a legal existence to the c.ur of the church.(.) "
One sees one near future well how can really be long, especially if these subjects are not those of the Pope but of Kiko in person..
Last Sunday, the 17 septrembre 2002, a friend addressed an electronic mail to Leopoldo José Brenes, bishop of the diocese of Matagalpa in Nicaragua. This bishop attended, with his/her/its colleagues bishops of Nicaragua, to the meeting with the Pope at the time of this visit "ad limina." He/it sent this bishop there the text of Esparto Omega (took by Zenit in various languages) and asked to him if what was returned concerning what the Pope would have told the bishops of Nicaragua was true.
Bishop Leopoldo José Brenes, bishop of the diocese of Matagalpa in Nicaragua, denied information published there by Zenit and Esparto Omega in a message that he/it sent this friend in Spanish definitely. Therefore, Zenit (versions English, German, Spaniard) distributed a misinformation. Here is the message in received Spanish of Eminence Brenes, followed of his/her/its French translation,:
Estimado Michel:
A saludo in Señor el.
In ningún momento el Dad our pidió of manera expresa apoyar of formed categórica Neocatecumenado al, dialogamos temperate los movimientos laicales, there recordó tanto él como el
Consejo Pontificio decorated Laicos los, that los Laicales movimientos deben someterse has los pastoral lineamientos that marca quien is the cabeza in the Diócesis, como is Obispo el. There
hablar of aprobación of estatutos, por lo menos has nivel personal
no me comentó nada there luego in el diálogo idiot toda the Conferencia, tampoco.
That Señor el there María the bendiga.
+ Leopoldo José
Obispo of Matagalpa
Dear Michel,
Greeting in the Lord.
In no moment the Pope didn't ask us expressly to push in a categorical manner the Néocatéchuménat, we spoke of the movements laymen, and he recalled, as the Council Pontifical for the laymen, that the movements laymen must submit to the pastoral instructions established by the one that is to the head of the diocese, that means of the bishop. He/it doesn't have me anything says as for the approval of the by-laws, even on a personal basis and he/it didn't say anything either on that, later, during the dialogue with all the Episcopal conference.
That the Lord blessed you,
+ Leopoldo José
Bishop of Matagalpa
Does the path continue his/her/its disinformation while letting suppose that the seminaries of the path would be of the diocesan seminaries, is this for as much exact ? Here is Michel's answer after having made his/her/its investigatings by the bishops of Strasbourg, Paris and Marseille.
A site internet NC (the one of the diocese of Nancy) affirms that the seminary NC of Paris (House Co-Catherine of Siena) makes part of the seminary of Paris and constitute the ninth house of the seminary of Paris. Here is what I found to this topic on this internet site of which I give you the tie: http://membres.lycos.fr/neocat/domus.html
" In Paris, in 1997, such a day had taken place on the following day of Longchamp, to Trifle. Gathering 50 000 young, she/it had been presided by the cardinal Lustiger surrounded of several auxiliary bishops, Mgr Twenty-three, today archbishop of Tours, Mgr Chaplain, Mgr of Ornellas, director of the Studium charged of the formation of the seminarians belonging to the nine houses that constitute the diocesan seminary.
In this regard, the ninth of these houses regroups the young people descended of the Path Néocatéchuménal who rose during one these occasional calls. In charge of the parish Notre-Dame of Good News, in full district of the Trail, to two steps of the Door Saint-Denis, in the second struck Paris precinct full on by the anguishes of secularization, the House Holy-Catherine of Siena operates on the model of all others seminaries diocesan Redemptoris Mater (they are more of forty in the world). These last were open on the initiative of the Path in order to welcome the influx of the vocations descended of the patient work that this Christian initiation does in the parishes where it exists."
The site of the diocese of Paris indicates that the diocesan seminary of Paris is consitué of 8 houses and no of 9. The names of the 8 houses that constitute the diocesan seminary of Paris are given on the site of the diocese of Paris and the name of the House Co-Catherine of Siena (seminary RD of the NC) doesn't appear among these. I asked the diocese of Paris therefore if the House Holy-Catherine of Siena (seminary established NC in Paris) is one of the houses that constitutes the diocesan Seminary of Paris or if the diocese of Paris recognizes the house Holy-Catherine of Siena as one of the seminaries
diocesan of Paris. Or if the situation of the seminary established neo-catéchuménal in Paris is the same that the one of the seminary RD of Strasbourg where the bishop of Strasbourg doesn't consider the seminary established RD in his/her/its diocese like one diocesan seminary. The diocese of Paris answers to me that the seminary established NC in Paris is not part of the seminary of Paris and is not considered by the diocese of Paris as one of the diocesan seminaries. Here is the answer of the diocese of Paris:
"Hello and forgiveness of this delay,
One has just confirmed me that the house Holy-Catherine of Siena is not part of the seminary of Paris. The situation is therefore similar to the one of Strasbourg that you evoke. Some seminarians of the
CNC follow the courses of the studium in the school Cathedral, but it is all.
While hoping to have answered your questions,
Well cordially.
The text of the site above stated neo-catéchuménal affirms on the contrary that the seminary RD is a constituent of the diocesan seminary of Paris, that he is therefore under the guidance of the archbishop of Paris and than consequently the seminarians of this seminary RD will be incardinés of right in the diocese of Paris. One uses the authority of the archbishop of Paris therefore to accredit the seminary established RD in Paris. Beautiful example of disinformation.
There are two seminaries therefore NC in France (Paris and Strasbourg). There is not some in Marseille, contrary to what the NC site of Nancy affirms. The two seminaries NC of France is not the diocesan seminaries and the seminarians won't be therefore, therefore, incardinés of right to the dioceses in which these seminaries NC is established. Yet, the seminaries NC is in principle of the diocesan seminaries that must be under the bishop's guidance in the diocese of which they are established according to the following text pulled from the NC site of which here is the tie: http://www.christusrex.org/www2/ncw/
On this tie one finds a description of the seminaries indeed Redemptoris Mater in which one affirms peremptorily that according to the By-laws and the Rule of Life of the seminaries Redemptoris Mater the seminaries Redemptoris Mater is not of the seminaries of the neo-catéchuménal path but of real diocesan seminaries:
" Have stated in the Statutes Rule and Life of, the "Redemptoris Mater" Seminaries are not seminaries of the Neocatechumenal Way, goal real diocesan seminaries which depends one the bishop. The students in thesis colleges receive the same theological formation ace the other seminarians of the diocese. They do has year of pastoral work in the parishes ace deacons and two years in the diocese ace presbyters before the Bishop can send them in mission. Goal yew the Bishop has need of them in his diocese, hey can places them where hey wishes, given that they are ordained without condition. "
Well cordially,
Michel Fauteux,
Quebec, Canada.
It means, once again that the path néocatéchuménal to recourse to disinformation, he/it uses this process of way again more pronounced within the comunautés.
